I can support students of all abilities to master certain topics, concepts, mathematic calculations and examination technique, to support you in smashing your GCSEs out of the park!

About Me

Greetings! My name is William, and I'm a second-year Law with Business Student. I studied Government & Politics, Philosophy & Ethics and Business studies at A-Level, achieving A*AA respectively, and I would love to be able to share the knowledge and techniques I applied in my A-Levels.

I've received mentoring throughout law school, and I've realised being a tutor is more than just teaching - it's about being a mentor, a role model, a confidant, and most importantly a guide to navigating students through the tough world of academia.

Through volunteering for Queen Mary's Legal Advice Centre, and participating in University Societies, I have experience building rapport with a diverse range of individuals. I also understand that students cannot always remain 100% motivated - so preparing engaging, interesting lessons is vital.

I graduated with honours in Economics and Business in 1990 at the University of Florence, Italy. Then I attended the Academy of the Italian Customs Police, where I studied Economics and trained new recruits. Since mid-Nineties I taught as private tutor in Business and Economics to English-speaking students. I strengthened my face-to-face teaching capabilities at the European Centre for University Preparation in Florence. I delivered lectures at American universities in Florence and taught at the International School of Florence. I am a qualified financial advisor since 1993 and in 1999 I qualified as a teacher of Economics and Business. I am a UK citizen since August 2020.
