Hello! My name is Mario and I am a 26 years old professional pianist and orchestra conductor. I am currently taking a master degree in the world famous conducting class of Professor Johannes Schlaefli and Christoph Mathias Müller at the Zhdk, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. I hold two bachelor degrees, one in classical piano performance and the other in orchestra conducting, both from The Norwegian Academy of music in Oslo. More than 8 years of university high education in total. I also have plenty of experience teaching and I taught in Norway for 6 years in the public education system. Hello! I am a professional violinist from Armenia. I can teach students of all ages. I have 9 years experience in teaching international students violin and theory to beginners, amateurs and advanced students. I can prepare for concerts, graduation, competitions and admission exams or just to learn their favorite songs. Mia is a Montenegrin violinist. She has traveled the world, starting with studies at the University of Music in Montenegro, to China, at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. She was a member of the National Symphony Orchestra of Montenegro, but her desire for discovery took her to other spheres. In the meantime, during her studies in Montenegro, she was invited to participate several times in the Young Euro Classic Orchestra, playing at the Berlin Konzerthaus, with renowned musicians like: Liana Issakadze, Heinrich Schiff, Anreas Reiner. In 2014, she met her teacher Anton Martynov who gave her many opportunities to develop as a violinist, in Paris in France and recently in Belgium. In 2023 she obtained another Master Didactique in Royal Conservatory in Mons, Belgium.

Teaching using a French school method of saxophone I specializing in classical and contemporary music literature. I incorporate some music theory, specialize in building the correct saxophone embouchure (or the correct lipping), overtone technique for advanced students , airstream production and correct breathing technique. I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons to students of all levels. As a pianist 12 years of teaching experience and over 21 years of playing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the course of learning piano. If the student is interested in a more serious approach, I can also guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) exams. I also have successful experience preparing students for entrance to conservatory and for various competitions. Recently, my students have achieved highest marks in the ABRSM exams as well as prizes in competitions. We also have a class concert for interested students twice per year. I am happy working in both a relaxed and serious approach, we simply need to discuss the objectives of the student. My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music." Prior to this, I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Piano Performance/Music from University of Minnesota and TCU-Fort Worth, TX, USA. My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as soloist with orchestra (also as harpist), and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio and look forward to meeting new students.
