About Me
My name is Conor, I’m from Ireland and I’m currently completing my undergraduate in Economics from Trinity College Dublin. I am a high achieving student I attain first-class honors in the majority of my exams. I have a certification in TESOL Strategies that is Strategies for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Glasgow. If you are interested in improving your English either through formal or conversational lessons, I would be delighted to help you. If you would like to learn, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, or just become fluent in English, then I’m your man.

One of the reasons that makes me a good teacher of English to speakers of other languages is that I am Irish, so I have quite a neutral accent. If you learn English with me you won’t sound British or American afterward, you will simply sound competent.

My teaching style revolves around kind evaluation and helpful feedback. I do generally expect students to complete small exercises outside of the lesson hours, which I then correct and provide feedback on. In the past, most of my students have been at the university level in Ireland already, meaning that our lessons revolved around improving their cognitive academic language ability, but I also have some experience in teaching more informal lessons focused around basic interpersonal communication skills.
Anyway, I would love to meet you and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be, so contact me today to book your first lesson and we can get started.
