About Me
Hello! I’m Keiko, a native Japanese tutor based in the UK. I love helping people from all backgrounds not just learn Japanese, but truly enjoy the experience and feel confident using it in everyday conversations.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking and discovering delicious food from around the world . I love travelling, spending time with my Jack Russell Terrier Stella, and learning new things myself — at the moment, I’m studying Spanish and having fun with guitar, drumming and dancing. As a fellow learner, I really understand the ups and downs of studying a new language.
Whether you're just starting out, returning after a break, or looking to build fluency, I’ll guide you in a supportive and enjoyable way — no need to be perfect, just open to learning at your own pace. Lessons with me are friendly, relaxed, and focused on steady progress.
