Mathematics Tutoring for Secondary School (Year 7-11) GCSE Content
From 19 £ /h
Aimed towards students who struggle to understand difficult topics in Mathematics at GCSE level. My goal is to keep students challenged, but not overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and provide periodic progress reports making sure the parents/carers are involved in the learning of the child and to track their progress too. I offer alternative perspectives in tricky concepts in all topics in this subject.
Depending on the student's exam board, I will offer content/practice questions designed for those specific exam boards in addition to advice during sessions on how to approach particular questions from different exam boards.

About Me
I've been extremely passionate about Mathematics since I was very young.
With my father also being a qualified tutor, I was able to learn and complete the GCSEs syllabus by age 13. This made secondary school much easier for me. I was able to focus more on other topics and help other students in my year and teach them the tricks that aided my understanding.
As someone a child that struggles with anxiety and has experienced being tutored themselves in this subject, by their own parent, I understand how much pressure one may feel during tuition. I strive to make my students learning experience as smooth as possible while still ensuring complete understanding.
