About Me

I'm a PhD candidate in neuropsycholinguistics and consultant to private clients. My advisory clients include the House of Lords, the NHS, People Primetime International, the Manchester Metropolitan University, Falmouth University, the Emotional Intelligence Academy, the YMCA, the Y Club, the Castelfield Hotel, the National Citizenship Service, Equal Education, etc. My mentoring clients range pre-academic, academic, and professional contexts. My PhD research examines the composite language and communication phenomena of schizophrenia, as relative to figurative language processing, using experimental psycholinguistic methods; my master's dissertation focused on paralinguistics: blended displays (i.e. complex facial expressions) of emotion; and my bachelor's took the form of a stylistics combined honours (i.e. linguistics with creative writing). My vocational experience includes a substantive clinical education post within NHS psychiatric services—specifically, as an interpersonal communications tutor; in parallel, I've provided consultancy services since 2011.

What can I teach? - I can prepare you for exams in pedagogics, psychology, philosophy, linguistics. - Psychology (developmental / school / clinical / social) - Philosophy (mainly ancient philosophy, e.g. Socrates, Plato, Aristotle) - Linguistics / phonology / grammar / syntax During my lessons I use : - Skype/Whatsapp/Messenger to connect with you, - Google Docs to keep notes, which you can check at any time and they are yours to keep, - sketch board me to make mind maps/diagrams to show connections between ideas, etc. I adore my profession and desire each and every one of my students be satisfied with the lesson. That's why I make sure the atmosphere is stress-free and nice. I also want my lessons to be as effective as possible. Therefore, I make sure they are well-prepared, although they can be altered at any point, should such an opportunity arise. I like explaining things in a variety of ways as well as make use of dictionaries, diagrams, etc. When it comes to students who want to obtain certificates, I am very demanding.

Learn How To Read Tarot Cards For Yourself and Others
Tarot is an ancient way to access your deepest emotions and to picture the truth about yourself, others or a situation. While some use it as an instrument to see the future, I prefer to call it a communication tool with your higher self whose language we need to decode. In my classes I introduce you to Tarot and teach you how to perform readings for yourself and others.

Literature, Russian grammar, phonetics, morphology If you were born in the Russian family far from Russia and language of the country of accommodation was your main language, then the probability of loss of the Russian culture will be so high that hardly you will be able to approve belonging to this nation. Help writing research paper and internship report
Doctor in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, with a Master 2 in Biology and a Master 2 Pro in Science Communication, I teach my courses on scientific methodology and help writing research papers / TER / thesis manuscripts / internship reports. I intervene indeed on each stage of writing the manuscript by scrupulously respecting the guidelines, editorial requirements, and drafting standards (APA standards in psychology in particular). My courses and proofreading / corrections are aimed at a wide range of university courses (students from a curriculum in psychology, neuroscience, biology, sociology, medicine, international trade, marketing etc.). In the framework of doctoral or post-doctoral research projects or of Master thesis (1 and 2), I also propose an aid to the writing of research memory in the format (or not) of scientific articles published in scientific journals international. My classes are customized to better meet the expectations of each student. I also offer help in the statistical analysis of experimental data, with a rigorous methodology adapted to your research project. For statistical help, I usually use specific professional software (Minitab type, SPSS, Statistica, Jamovi, Jasp etc.), to conduct the most rigorous statistical analysis of experimental data. Teaching method: identification of needs and problems, identification of gaps in manuscript writing, participation in scientific reflection, suggestion of innovative methodological tools adapted to the scientific process, optimization of bibliographic research with tools adapted thematic research, coaching & confidence building, specific teaching tools, student involvement, rigorous follow-up, leading advice and recommendations. From my training in psychology, I take into account this essential component during my courses to adapt to the student, identify its shortcomings and thus propose an effective methodology to optimize its memo (written and or at the oral defense). My teaching method emphasizes the interaction between the student and the teacher with a methodology fully adapted to the student's needs and aptitudes. Course flow I also offer coaching for the preparation of exams, orals with powerpoint support and help with resume writing, cover letters etc. Other teaching sites: ESSEC Business School, IONIS UP, ISTH, Paris 8 University and European School of Advanced Studies in Paris

General psychology. Chosen subjects. Support with understanding theories.
After nineteen years of exploring psychology I can say I understand it better than nineteen years ago. Sounds prosaic, right? like 2+2. I worked many years in clinical settings, supported families and children in crisis. People with depressive and suicidal thoughts. I can say experience helps to understand such weird thing like research methods and all those dependent and independent variables, correlations and the difference between correlation and cause. Real experience plus theory it's a quite powerful tool to understand others better and to be better professional. Like gestalt therapists say learning never ends. And I must agree with that. I offer tutoring in such subjects as: consciousness, memory, psychoanalysis, biological bases of behavior, motivation, learning, emotion, treatment of psychological disorders, personality, stress and health promotion, sensation and perception.

Poppy

Psychology, Neuroscience and Statistics presented in an educational way
The psychology, neuroscience and statistics associated with this discipline can often pose special problems for students and this is often due to a lack of pedagogy with which these disciplines are taught at the university. The goal of my lessons is to present these subjects in a more fun way with concrete examples taken from real life to facilitate understanding and make the concepts taught more accessible.
