Musician and flautist for twenty years, I offer private flute lessons for children, teenagers and adults, beginners or experienced in Geneva. I graduated with a Master's degree in Pedagogy from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève and give flute lessons in a music school in France as well as private lessons in Geneva. I am also a substitute at the Geneva Conservatory. I have at heart to share my passion for music and to adapt to the desires and needs of each student wishing to learn about this beautiful instrument or to improve.

Currently a student at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève, I offer flute and/or music theory lessons adapted to the needs of the student and their objectives, whether simply for pleasure or as support, in view of the preparation for an exam or competition.

Young amateur flautist with 10 years of experience (+ musician in orchestra) offers private flute lessons to beginner children aged 6 years minimum. I already have a transverse flute, but it would be more practical if the child also had his own. I also have multiple scores for beginner children.

I studied at the Royal College of Music in London, during which time I was winner of the Eve Kisch flute prize & was awarded the Allen John Warren prize. I've since performed with orchestras & ensembles in Europe, Norway, Middle East, Hong Kong & Macau. As a teacher I have over 15 years' experience teaching students of all ages - from beginner to advanced level - in preparation for ABRSM exams, or just for fun! I have also previously held teaching positions at some of the UK's leading independent schools, and was visiting instrumental teacher to the Royal Family of Saudia Arabia, in London. 🎓📜 Master’s degree in Saxophone Performance and Music Pedagogy, Sibelius Academy 2025 🎓📜 Bachelor studies in Saxophone Performance and Music Pedagogy, University of Cologne (Germany) 2022 Diogo is a curious musician, being part of different projects such as the Kaamos Duo (contemporary music for saxophone and soprano singer), chamber music with pianist Lambis Pavlou and Cantus Portugueses (traditional portuguese music with a modern twist). He also plays as a member of the contemporary music groups Korvat Auki and the Nyky Ensemble. His main musical interests at the moment are the collaborations with living composers, chamber music with different ensembles, and interdisciplinary improvisation. Diogo performances have taken place in many venues such as the Philharmonie of Essen, OrchesterZentrum Dortmund, Music Center Helsinki, Turku Castle, Liceu Auditorium Barcelona, Casa da Música do Porto, and many more. Diogo's recognition includes prizes in some international competitions and the recent recognition at the 2022 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy competition for Contemporary Ensembles and the recent participation at the prestigious Josip Nochta Competition in Zagreb, Croatia. Diogo teaches all saxophones and ensemble playing in Portuguese, Spanish, English and German.

I enjoy teaching both harp and flute at my studio in Worthing and also offer lessons online. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification.
