I am a professional musician and certified music teacher who is active in both fields.

I prefer to teach students who have been playing the violin for several years and want to focus on different genres such as pop, classical, world music, swing, tango,...

Reading scores is not necessary. I can also teach you music by ear.

About Me
I myself started taking violin lessons at the age of four. My father, mother and sister are all musicians/teacher, I am grateful to them for sharing their passion with me. From the age of 9 I started taking private lessons with a Hungarian violinist and he taught me everything by ear (without scores), both classical music and the Hungarian repertoire. Since 2018 I graduated from the Brussels Conservatory (direction: classical music) and afterwards I obtained my teacher's diploma at the KASK Conservatory in Ghent. Currently I am active as a performing musician in various groups and I mainly play genres such as gipsy swing, jazz, pop, tango,... I remain fascinated in learning music and have also concentrated myself over the years on guitar, piano and vocals . I have also become very interested in improvisation.

What is important to me in the music lessons is that the fun and motivation are kept high. My lessons will always be adapted to the interests and playing level of the student. The instruments can be learned by ear or with scores without knowledge of notes. Different genres can be covered so that a wide repertoire can be built up.

I don't mind encountering difficulties on your learning path as a musician because it has allowed me to discover, research and learn many different ways of playing the violin.

What came of it? I am a passionate, versatile classical musician who has found a special connection with her instrument.

Together with the student I like to look for their perfect posture, I try to make the learning process enjoyable and strive for new levels of playing.

No matter how seriously we take it sometimes, we should not forget why we started music: because it feels good.
