Hello! I'm David, a spanish flutist. I really enjoy teaching and performing, and I have previous experience as a flute teacher back in Spain, so I would like to have some new students here in Ghent as well. I can also help you with other music stuff like theory, solfege and harmony if you want that. My music lessons are suitable for all level students, from begginers to advanced players, and we can work either in classical repertoire or in any other genre that you'd like (pop, irish, rock).

Lessons can take place face to face in my house or any other point inside of Ghent, or online from the comfort of your own room.

Callie is a passionate teacher with over more than 10 years’ of experience in teaching music and singing both in the UK and across the world. I have a suitcase full of tools and tricks to help my students develop in their vocal and musical abilities. I am an opera singer, and have a masters in Vocal Performance, but enjoy teaching all singing styles. I have experience in teaching students from the age of 9 to 72, from beginners to advanced and professional singers. I have helped prepare students for Conservatoires and Drama Schools, as well as graded examinations, and stage shows.

My second discipline is the Flute, and I am delighted to share this wonderful instrument with my students. I teach beginners, intermediate and advanced pupils.

Hello everybody! I'm Maria, a graduate in flute performance at master's level. Besides loving to play my instrument, I have a passion for teaching music and flute. I have had experience with children who were starting studying music and flute, including those preparing for their entrance exam to an academy! I have also worked with more advanced students, deepening the improvement of their base and technique in playing the instrument to perfect it always with a very positive working environment!

If you want to start learning to play this instrument, I can be of great help to make your first steps easy and fun! We can learn how to read notes and rythms also, and create a good playing technique with exercises to practice not only in class but also at home.

If you are already a flute student and would like to receive extra support for your lessons at school, I will be happy to work with you to get the most out of the instrument and your musical skills. I love to deepen the student's technique to teach them to work in the most efficient way possible, providing individual study techniques for practicing alone. I could also be of practical help to students preparing for a bachelor's entrance exam by working together on the pieces they are going to play and getting the most out of them.

I have 5 years of experience with different kind of activities with kids. If you are someone who would like to learn to play the flute, I will be happy to help you learn how to do it! I’m very creative and for sure we can find a way to have fun while learning.

I offer individual flute lessons for students of all ages and levels — from complete beginners to advanced players.
Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, abilities, and musical interests, whether you are learning for pleasure, school, exams, or professional development.

In my lessons, we work on:
• correct posture and breathing
• tone production and intonation
• technique and articulation
• musical expression and interpretation
• repertoire adapted to your level

I also teach piano and solfège, which can be included in the lessons to help you better understand music theory, rhythm, and harmony, and to support faster and more confident progress on the flute.
