I am a fully qualified teacher of modern languages. I am a French native speaker and I am also fluent in Spanish. I have worked in different schools in Scotland. I also teach French to adults in private language centres and I also teach French in the Higher Education sector.

I have good experience in working in secondary schools. have prepared successfully some of my students for the DELF exams (Delf B1/Delf B2) and national exams (National 5 and higher) in French and in Spanish.

My lessons are tailored-made. I usually set up a progression with the students during the first lesson and I also provide them with some materials.

As a tutor, I adopt a personalised and empathetic teaching style. My goal is to build trust with students of all ages, from children to adults. For French tutoring, I focus on conversational practice, vocabulary, and cultural nuances. As an English TEFL tutor, I emphasise real-world scenarios, grammar, speaking fluency, and listening comprehension. I assign homework weekly to assess the students learning skills and periodic progress reports monthly to see the students learning growth.
