Mathematics Tutoring for Year 7 to Year 13 Students
From 30 £ /h
My name is Emme, and I am a second-year BSc Earth Sciences student at University College London with a strong passion for mathematics. Having achieved an A* and a 9 in IGCSE Maths, as well as an A in A-level Maths (just one mark away from an A*), I understand the challenges students face in mastering maths and am committed to helping them succeed.
This course is designed for students from Year 7 to Year 13, covering Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-level Maths. Whether you're learning the basics of algebra or preparing for advanced A-level topics like calculus and mechanics, I will provide clear guidance tailored to your specific needs. We’ll use resources such as CGP Revision Guides and past papers to make sure you’re fully prepared for exams.
Each lesson will focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps, helping you build confidence and problem-solving skills. For A-level students, we can dive into more advanced areas like trigonometry, statistics, and further maths.
With my background in A-level Further Maths and my current studies, which involve a significant amount of advanced mathematics, I bring both deep subject knowledge and a passion for teaching to each session. My goal is to help you achieve the best possible grades while fostering a genuine understanding and appreciation for maths.
