ENGLISH LANGUAGE is an essential subject for all ages. It entails learning reading, writing, analysis and communication skills. It includes all areas of writing skills such as punctuation, grammar and spelling but also promotes creative writing ability as well as writing to inform, argue and explain. SPOKEN language tasks are also an important part of this subject, encouraging students to prepare and perform speeches. This develops communication skills and confidence levels.

ENGLISH LITERATURE promotes skills in understanding, description, analysis and explanation. By reading and analysing different texts from different areas of literature, students are able to acquire greater evaluation expertise and improved competence in comprehension aptitude.

This class is for primary students who need a hand with their school work, whether it is help with understanding a subject, homework, reading or handwriting.

I can also help with SATs preparation - the first 'real' exams can be daunting and I can offer assistance with exam technique or subject knowledge!

Hi my name is Stephen my native language is English and I'm happy to teach all age categories to speak English.
I'm willing to teach people beginner, intermediate and and advanced English this will also include numeracy and grammar .I am hoping to teach people to be able talk English as a second language. Which could help at school, college , university or a workplace.

I offer English tutoring for KS2, KS3, KS4, KS5 and Higher Education levels. I believe the best learning happens in a friendly and unjudgemental environment. As a warm and patient person, I offer support and encouragement to students of all ages and backgrounds.

My initial lesson will involve gauging the needs of the student, making sure that their learning goals are considered in my teaching plan. I will then tailor lessons to the needs of the student, providing various activities to strengthen knowledge in different areas of the subject.

I am a big believer in having fun while learning and I ensure my lessons are interesting and engaging to get the best from my students on their learning journey.

English is a universal language that is used across all nations. As an educator, you will need to be able to communicate with colleagues, classmates, family, and business partners. You will also need to connect with people across various cultures. I've designed this course as a practical guide to learning English.

I am Rachel, an Architect / Career Coach / Artist / Author-illustrator and a qualified TEFL teacher.

I was born and raised in Hong Kong, moved to the UK 16 years ago so I am fluent in English, Mandarine and Cantonese. I can work with standard textbooks and use authentic material to keep the lesson engaging, fun and fruitful. As a RIBA certified Architect, I have knowledge and experience in architecture and Art, and I am more than happy to share my learnings with you.

Whether you are an adult who wants to improve their English, a university student who wants to change career to Architecture, or that perhaps your children would like tutoring in Chinese whilst doing some artwork, I am the tutor you are looking for.
