Hi! I'm Leila, a French-Austrian opera singer, trained in France and Germany. In my singing lessons, I focus on developing a healthy, sustainable technique, while helping students discover untapped potential and find fulfillment in singing. My approach is based on listening, physical awareness and flexibility, allowing the technique to develop organically and understanding what works best for each person individually. As we work on pieces, I also focus on the musical aspects of singing such as intonation and phrasing, as well as the artistic dimension: expression, interpretation, language, and stylistic awareness. As a composer, I develop my ideas through improvisation at the piano, which, trained through technique and knowledge, allows for a free discovery of one's own music. So you not only learn to play your favorite songs, but also to understand them and to come up with similar ones yourself. The lessons are completely flexible, and the focus is on fun and discovery. We can learn to play from sheet music or by ear. We can include harmony, rhythm, and ear training – whatever you prefer.
