About Me

Hi! My name is Anne-Sophie! I am a Primary school music and french teacher.

I love sharing my language and passion with others. I am patient but demanding! Together we can only progress and have great conversations in french!

I will adapt my lessons to your needs and can provide homeworks from week to week if you wish.

I am a native French teacher. I have been teaching in schools and tutoring for 20 years, adults and children from primary schools to A Level and beyond.
I am passionate about teaching and want to see students enjoying French and discovering French culture and traditions.

A language is learnt with an aim to be able to use it in verbal communication of all forms, and that's what my motto is- to inculcate the capability of reading french, speaking french and understanding french. I use many interactive ways like games, songs, worsksheets, interactive modules to make learning more practical and interesting. All the practice material is always designed specific for every learner's needs and capabilities.

I am a native French Tutor, with over 35 years experience tutoring at all levels for academic and school purposes but also for business or simply conversation.
I am patient and supportive as well as highly competent.
Homework is given only when it is realistic to assign some.
I will help my student reach their best potential, whatever that is.
When teaching younger pupils, I will communicate with parents on reports and achievement.
I have a current enhanced DBS check with automatic update, and a Certificate in Safeguarding Children Level2.
