Ana Cristina began studying the recorder at the age of seven in Brazil.
She graduated from Curitiba Municipal Conservatory at the age of seven years and immediately after her debut as a teacher.
In 2009, she graduated from the Fine Arts School of Paraná (Brazil) with the highest distinction, before leaving to study in São Paulo.
In 2011, she was invited to join Bart Coen's class at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree with distinction. In 2017 she graduated as a Master of Recorder at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with distinction in the class of Frédéric de Roos.
Her experience as a soloist and teacher goes hand in hand since she has worked in both fields for many years.

I was appointed professor of recorder recorder as well as director of the Curitiba Municipal Association of Recorder (Brazil) for 5 years, following my graduation from the same institution. I have also worked in various academies and also in private lessons and I have been involved in the musical training of many children as adults. For 1 year, I also worked as a soloist and teacher in the State Music Program of São Paulo. I participated in social projects, giving indivual courses or group classes.
My method consists of combining and researching technical and musical elements, working on various aspects of the recorder's game: breath, fingering, flexibility and agility, sight reading, repertoire / songs, stage presence and musicality.

I have been the principal recorder teacher and director of the Recorder Group of the Municipal Conservatory of Curitiba (Brazil) for 5 years, right after getting my certificate diploma in the same institution. At this time I also worked in several music schools, as well as in private teaching, being responsible for the musical formation of many children and adults.

My name is Matteo and I am an Italian flutist and musicologist, based in Brussels since 2010. I graduated in modern flute at 'B. Marcello' Conservatory in Venice and at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels with Barthold Kuijken and Frank Theuns in the Baroque flute. I hold a master degree in Philosophy and Musicology as well.

I hold a PhD degree in music performance at Cardiff University, School of Music.

From 2013 till 2015, I have been teaching at the Venice Conservatory "B. Marcello", giving yearly lectures and seminaries on the historical repertoire for the flute. Since 2021, I have been appointed music curator of Coudenberg Sound Box Fest, a music festival which aims at celebrating the Belgian music heritage and takes place every year at the beautiful archeological site of the former Royal Palace of Brussels.
