This sports coaching program is for women who want to get back in shape, lose weight, or build muscle with structured and personalized support. Each session is tailored to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle.

The training sessions are based on scientifically proven exercises, optimizing each session without wasting time. I ensure the quality of movement execution to guarantee your safety and promote rapid, controlled progress.

And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress.
