Mandarin Chinese via German or English — HSK & Conversation, Flexible Online/OfflineTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Mandarin Chinese via German or English — HSK & Conversation, Flexible Online/OfflineTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! I am a native Chinese speaker who spent 24 years living and studying in China. During my university years, I co-founded an online HSK tutoring center with classmates and served as a tutor, gaining extensive experience in teaching Mandarin — especially in spoken Chinese and grammar. I offer Mandarin lessons taught in German or English, tailored to your language background and learning goals. Whether you aim to improve everyday conversation, prepare for HSK exams, strengthen grammar, or deepen your understanding of Chinese language and culture, I design the curriculum according to your needs. Who is this for? Suitable for German- or English-speaking learners who wish to: improve Mandarin speaking skills; prepare for HSK; learn accurate grammar. Teaching format: Face-to-face (offline) lessons in Cologne or Bonn. Online lessons available for other cities. What I bring to the table: Native-level Mandarin, plus 24 years living in China — language and cultural authenticity. Real experience in HSK tutoring and Mandarin grammar teaching. Flexible instruction in German or English — ideal for learners without previous Chinese knowledge. Flexible format: offline for local students in Cologne/Bonn; online for anyone else in Europe. If you are interested in starting your Mandarin learning journey, feel free to contact me. I’m happy to discuss your goals and tailor a plan for you.

International JAZZ GUITAR Course / MUSIC Theory / IMPROVISATIONTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello there! My name is Rocco, I’m a guitarist and educator currently based in Cologne, and I’m offering private guitar lessons taught in English -or Italian (aber ich spreche auch ein bisschen Deutsch..!). Here are some infos about myself: I grew up in Italy, and graduated at the ArtEZ Conservatory in Arnhem (NL) in 2019. During the last few years I attended the Berklee School of Music in Boston (2014), won the “Locomotive Jazz Festival Giovani” contest (2015), and played and recorded together with musicians such as Jerome Hol, René Creemers, Andre Groen, Pieter Douma and Alan Purves. I have performed in several music festivals such as North Sea Jazz, Moers Festival, InJazz, MusicMeeting, Lowlands, Make-it Jazz, and more. I am currently busy with several projects in the modern jazz scene in Germany and The Netherlands, while teaching in an international school in The Netherlands and having private students in Cologne. I have been giving private lessons since six years now, both classic guitar (focusing on classical technique, reading and interpreting) and electric (mainly jazz/blues/rock vocabulary and improvisation). - Flexible appointments (also in weekends); - Every lesson pack is also available online, with a reduced fee; - Available for beginners intermediate and advanced level; - Our in-person lessons can take place either around the Cologne Ehrenfeld Station or in Eupenerstrasse. . Whether you are new to the instrument, or a fully experienced musician who maybe wants to confront a new improvisational approach towards complex jazz harmonies Ciao!

Dear violin enthusiasts, I come from a family of musicians and I am a violin teacher full of energy and desire to pass on my knowledge and my love for music. I offer violin lessons for beginners, advanced and returnees. I still have a few places available. Lessons are flexible, usually in the afternoons and possibly on Saturdays as well. Face-to-face lessons in Cologne or online lessons possible. You can find more information about me and my course design here: I can also help you find a violin and advise you. Student reviews: '' Ani is a super nice, competent ', reliable and patient violin teacher. My children (9 years and 13 years), who have been with her for over a year now, feel very comfortable and are making great progress. The digital lessons during the Corona Lockdown also worked out great. A clear recommendation. '' Christian and Nike '' We are happy to have Ann as a violin teacher for our son. She teaches pleasantly, consistently, harmoniously and very competently. You can always rely on her and our son has found great joy. '' Michel At the beginning we can do a first lesson. You can then decide, without obligation, whether and how you want to continue. What you would need to get started would be an instrument, violin and bow, and a shoulder rest. If you want to know more about the design of my lessons, you can find more here: I would be happy to help you with your individual learning process :)

Dance Classes from Professional contemporary dancerTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Dance Classes from Professional contemporary dancerTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Having experienced first-hand the power of dance to shape people’s perspectives, I am enthusiastic about using my professional experiences, skills, and beliefs to educate new young dancers in the techniques, movements, and experiences of dance. I am also just as enthusiastic to share that beauty and power with the community, with recreational adult classes as well. About how I teach, and why I started; I was looking for dance that was fun, liberating, and yet artistically challenging, all at the same time; I craved something that brought and demanded a more humane experience inside of the studio. My interest at the moment is to use our human experiences and bodies as they are. I’m not so interested in trying to force them into something else, but to allow that freedom to take us to whatever imaginary or fantastical place where dance should be able to take us. I believe my obligation as a dance teacher is to encourage students to have fun when dancing. It’s something that’s forgotten a lot as a budding artist, but one of the most important things for perseverance in this field. I believe that if the curiosity, imagination, and enjoyment is there, the technique will come as well because there’s a mutual belief, from both the teacher and student, in oneself. Of course to learn a variety of dance styles, be technically proficient, and pursue a personal creative expression is important, but having an experience with a group of people and letting go into imagination while allowing yourself to have fun will push a dancer even further in their artistry, I believe. To be able to be given images, sensations, feelings, etc. and have the awareness to translate them into some form of movement is an important skill as an artist and human being
