About Me

Hello everyone, I am Diogo, a 19 years old trombonist from Portugal. At the moment I am studying my bachelors degree at the Hochschule Luzern - Musik with Prof. Martin Schippers. I am a Music lover and want to pass this passion to new people. Last season 2022/2023 I was Praktikant in TOBS - Theater Orchester Biel-Solothurn and won some International Competitons.

I started learning music and trombone back in 2013 in my hometown in Portugal. After completing high school, I decided to come to Switzerland to do my bachelor degree with Prof. Martin Schippers.

I am a clarinetist and clarinet teacher and completed my studies in Germany and Austria. At the moment I play actively in various ensembles and orchestras with repertoire from baroque to modern. I also teach privately for all ages.
