I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

This course is initiated in order to allow drummers to discover and access all the rhythmic potential for their performance through the learning and practice of Benin Polyrythmie. You will learn among others: - the basics of 6/8. - basic rhythms. - the different combinations on the battery. - Grooves and improvisation trials. - How to discover the key of 6/8 without needing to be Africans or Beninese.

Beatboxing is a relatively unknown discipline, even though it allows for an absolutely incredible musical variety: percussion, whistles, bass, special sounds straight out of an alien movie... our body is an instrument in itself, and learning beatbox is accessible to everyone! (Take a look at some beatboxer videos online, you'll be amazed!) I'll take you step by step, starting with easy and useful sounds, gradually moving towards impressive, fun sounds, or those of your choice. In addition, I practice with you and complete your knowledge of music theory and particularly rhythm when necessary.
