I will assign homework if I feel it would benefit the student and provide periodic progress reports to the parents/guardians if you would like it. I am a University student so my classes are scheduled for evenings and weekends and I will be teaching 1 on 1 so that your child is getting my full attention during our lessons. These classes will aim to improve upon specific areas that your child may be struggling with instead of the broader coverage of subjects they are already receiving from their schools. During our first session, I will give the student an assessment to determine what they need to focus on but if you or the student have a specific area in mind that is more than welcome.

As a writer, you will marry your creative mind with your artistic foresight, creating dynamic pieces of multimedia that ask questions, compel conversation and, most importantly, tell stories.

In this class you will gain the key skills required to write a story from start to finish. You will then learn how to develop an idea into a play script for theatre - enquiring into genres of poetry, scriptwriting, and comedy in order to bring your creative endeavours into practical, tangible pieces of art. This class aims to offer you the confidence to use your voice to entertain, engage and provoke.

Using storytelling methodologies and a holistic pedagogy, you will be guided through the history of theatre, the birth of voice in entertainment and its ever changing status within the creative arts.

You will taught by a graduate of both the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, with a breadth of experience in Writing, Acting and Directing. The craft you learn will be based on the syllabus and Methodologies that i found to be most pertinent professionally and will give you an insight into how I work presently on scriptwriting projects as to further your own understanding of the industry.

The KS1 curriculum can be difficult and challenging for some students. This class offers additional support and catered learning at the pace of the student. My experience working with both SEND, EAL and adult learners has allowed me to creative a more inclusive approach to difficult subject areas and enhance both comprehension and applicability.
This class would specifically focus on the development of KS1 level SPAG (spelling, punctuation and grammar). As well as English skills for writing and development.

This interactive conversational English class is designed for children aged 6-12 who are just starting to learn or want to improve their English speaking skills.
Through fun activities, games, and creative exercises, students will learn essential vocabulary, proper pronunciation, and conversational phrases. Each lesson focuses on helping students gain confidence while speaking in everyday situations, making learning both enjoyable and effective.
My goal is to build a strong foundation in English communication that will help your child express themselves clearly and comfortably.
