My curriculum is very comprehensive and progressive. My teaching method seeks above all, a good reading of the score at first sight, with a refined piano technique. I correct bad learning such as: postural problems, tensions, defects in the pulsation, etc. My piano technique is that of the Enrique Granados school and his specific pulsation method: relief in the sound and correct use of the pedal. -We will work on 3 basic sections: technique exercises, studies and works of all styles (baroque, classical, romantic, etc.). -Also, musical language: (theory + daily exercises of the ABSRM method), solfeggio, choral singing, written auditory dictations, analysis of scores and study of concert auditions. I have 30 years of experience as a teacher. The classes are personalized according to the characteristics of each student, for all levels and all ages (children and adults).

I would like to offer you flute lessons for all levels, beginners and advanced. I'm a graduate of the Mozarteum Salzburg/Austria with the Bachelor and Master Degree and was Principal flutist at the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra in Doha/Qatar for 12 years. I also taught at the Academy for Music, Doha/Qatar. In 2021 I moved with my family to the beautiful Slovenia, where I work as a teacher and chamber musician. I teach for the Enjoyment of Music as well. I believe you can learn to play the piano at any age. My oldest student is over 75 years old and my youngest one has 3 years old. They made great progress, I am sure you could do the same. I've never met anyone who didn't have musical abilities! You can be a serious or a recreational player. The only requirement is the willingness to spend some time at the piano. I conduct my lessons using a combination of 4 cameras for optimum visibility, and a quality microphone which my students find very helpful. This allows them to see a very clear visual demonstration alongside my verbal explanation. I can confidently say that Online Lessons are the same as In-Person Lessons. CURRICULUM I do not believe one method works for all students. I have used many different lesson books and resources over the years. For beginners I like to use Alfred method books for basics concepts and for Classical and Jazz Piano technique I like to use ABRSM books (grade 1-8). If my student feels that they can learn better from another books, I am glad to adapt my teaching strategies to their needs. Along with the lesson books below, I use a lot of supplemental materials based on the students' interests. I also aim to teach their favorite songs as soon as possible. I like to clearly explain and demonstrate piano technique. In this way, the students are able to apply the information on similar passages from all genres of music.
