My name is Eva, A Kingston School of Art graduate with tutoring experience. I have a creative outlook on life and believe children should express themselves with art, but just need the right teacher. I can teach anything from basic knowledge of materials to how to get into art school and A level help. I am confident and have experience in - Drawing from perception and finding your own style - Painting - Print Making - Sculpture - Sketchbooks (GCSE, A LEVEL) - University Entry - Art History I am all about enjoying art and building confidence, whilst connecting with people and children. I have a lot of experience working with children and have an enhanced DBS check. I am willing to travel and work in any medium. Oil painting is arguably both the most rewarding and the most forgiving medium. Often misunderstood as too difficult and chemical-reliant, you will be shown how simple it can be to produce the most vibrant and atmospheric images. This class is applicable to all levels of skill, branching off into more complex ideas about image-making for those who already have experience with the medium. In such instances, we can begin to look at indirect painting approaches including underpainting and glazing.

In this class you will learn basic to intermediate 3D modeling skills in Blender or basic to intermediate skills in Plasticity 3D. Blender is a free software used by professionals in all fields of 3D. Be it film, games, movies or just hobbies, like 3D printing, Blender is great! In my Blender course the student will be using the basic version of Blender 4.2 with some extensions. If a paid extension is needed, it will be provided free of charge via Dropbox. Plasticity is a easy to learn CAD like software, geared towards artists. Although not currently adopted by the industry, Plasticity has a bright and promising future and currently is great for hard surface modeling, for things like weapons and vehicles. (plasticity is a paid software and is optional if desired) Students will begin their first lesson by downloading and preparing the software they choose for tutoring. In the second lesson and onward, students will be guided at a customized pace through the process of making their very own assets. This course will build confidence and allow the student to build skills in 3D modeling, sculpting, texturing and animation. As an optional bonus the student may also choose to learn 3D printing.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to draw — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills. We’ll start from the fundamentals: shapes, proportions, shading, and perspective. Then, we’ll explore more advanced topics like anatomy, character design, composition, and personal expression. You’ll get personalized guidance and hands-on practice through fun and creative exercises. The goal is to help you build confidence and develop your unique drawing style, whether you’re drawing traditionally or digitally.

I teach art history to anyone who wants to, regardless of age or level, online or at my home in Velp. I have over 10 years of experience in education and have been teaching art history, music history, creative writing and other subjects at the senior level of a small secondary school for a number of years, where I am also a team member. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) Have questions?
