Guitar Lesson: Any age, level and genre welcome :)

Using jazz music as my specialism, I am able to teach even the most technically challenging concepts in their most basic forms and transfer them to the guitar in their most simple terms. I have taught the guitar, music theory and GCSE and A-Level Music syllabuses for six years to students of all ages and abilities and across every imaginable genre.

Guitarist, singer, songwriter, composer with 20 years of experience. I started to study guitar in 2002. After 6 months I started playing live music. I began to teach guitar in 2018, in London. I am specialized in beginners and children. You can choose online lessons (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime), or lessons at your home, in London. I can teach in Italian and in English. In the lessons the main lines of study are: - technique exercises to make your hands stronger; - songs suggested by me and songs that you like; - music theory. I try to communicate my passion for music, especially to the children, without forgetting to have fun. My name is Armin and I'm a composer, songwriter, sound engineer and of course guitar player graduated from Brunel University in 2011 (MA). Since then I have worked with so many students; from age 5 to adults. I have also worked with young musicians in groups and lead their ensemble to reach their highest potentials. I teach acoustic/electric and nylon strings guitar in variety of styles. The goal is to help you to find what is best for you. I have many students successfully passed both ABRSM and Trinity College grades. Let's get into some detail of what you can expect from our lessons. - You will develop the complete understanding of how the instrument is working and learn all the notes on the fretboard. - You will learn how to read music (notation/tableture/chord diagrams) - Your understanding of the chords will improve quickly so you can play your favourite songs within 2 months. - We will go through basics of Music theory in order to give you a better understanding of what you are playing on the guitar. I have also worked with so many great musicians and performed in well-known venues such as Jazz Cafe and 100 Club in London as well as recording for tv channels including BBC. I’m an experienced guitarist and I can help those of all abilities and ages looking to learn the instrument or develops their skills. I’ve been playing for 16 years and I’m well versed in most genres and styles of music. Open to all stages of learning whether you want to focus on fundamentals and guitar theory or develop your own style and technique. I can support anyone looking to gain knowledge of harmony, chord melody, soloing, popular and unconventional song structure and style. Or if you want to learn other songs and build up your repertoire. My musical background is primarily as a jazz guitarist, specialising in improvisation and composition. This is something I can work on with students once core skills are acquired. I can also help get students get up to speed with their grade exams and offer musical theory support. Aside from my experience as a guitarist, I play in different bands as a Writer and composer. I have experience as a recording artist at Abbey Road studios and I can teach students about song writing and composition. I’m fluent on music softwares such as Logic Pro X and Ableton and offer Music Production and Recording technique classes at my own studio in Clapton East London. Together, we will learn the basics of playing the guitar and the basics of music in a modern, fun and comfortable way, remotely (online) or at home (only in England). And this will be done by dealing with the famous songs, whether they are in the blues, reggae or pop, and analyzing them and extracting the skills, techniques and musical theories based on them. The songs are chosen according to the student's desire and are suitable for his level.

Nedelina has over 6 years of teaching experience with students from age 4 to 65 in guitar, piano and ukulele, and preparing them for Trinity and ABRSM exams. Thus far, her students have achieved distinctions in multiple graded exams, including gaining admission into the Junior Trinity programme. In addition to individual teaching, she has designed and created original teaching materials, including an instrumental guitar book for ensemble playing. As a current music teaching assistant and guitar tutor, she organises, manages and provides classroom music lessons to over 80 students from various backgrounds. Moreover, she has had the opportunity of working with and helping students with severe learning disabilities and autism reach the next level of their music education. In this class, we'll be looking at the necessary building blocks of the modern guitarist. These topics will include chords, melody, guitar technique, composition and improvisation. Whether you look to implement these skills in jazz or rock, the skills learnt here are applicable to all genres of music.

Hi, I am Fausto. I am an Italian musician, trained in the classical guitar. I have been studying guitar since the age of fifteen at the conservatory in Sicily. I finished my degree at the BENEDETTO MARCELLO conservatory in Venice. I compose my own music in the classical style with the guitar. Within the genre of classical music I play, for example, Bach and Giuliani. As an electrical guitarist, I am used to playing with the fender sound, blues, and jazz. I offer lessons for people who would like a start in the guitar world. I enjoy teaching all ages and I am open to see what and how you would like to learn. We can learn the technical way or be more open with playing. For example with children, I am used to teaching with the book from the composer Sagreras. However, I am open if you'd like to improve in some song which you love!;) The music is my life, playing and learning new things is always what I'm looking up. I like teaching because having the possibility to give something really amazing to someone makes me happy and more real with myself. If someone loves playing and needs help, it would be amazing to be as helpful as people have been with me If you need some Italian lessons I am also Italian and I can offer Italian teaching as well. I currently offer teaching and mentoring in the following areas: - Music/Audio Production - Guitar Performance - Music Theory My methods are generally adapted to each individual’s needs and objectives, however, they do not include classical music training approaches, such as sight reading or formal classical music training. Instead, my approach focuses on developing an intuitive understanding of music, through understanding elements such as intervalic structures, mathematical permutations, analogies derived from other disciplines etc. The ultimate goal of my approach is to allow the individual to form a way of thinking, which will allow she/he to compose, produce or play ANY type of music.
