SaraFrench support course or biology for children in primary and secondary school
Student 19 years in Veterinary School, I offer my free time during the month of July for support classes for children. I offer courses in French, biology or English (note that English is not my first language). I adapt to each child's rhythm and choose the most appropriate work method according to their personality. I favor structured courses (theory, exercises) and learning while having fun (songs, poems, images, drawings ...). I rely on the parents' request for the concepts to cover. AVAILABILITY: - The first two weeks of July: every day from 8.00 to 20.00. - The last two weeks of July: every day from 18.00 to 20.00 - Every weekend in July: from 8.00 to 20.00

Dr. Pradeepikaprofessional teacher as private tutor: PYP/ MYP - Science (Improve Grad)
My name is Dr. Pradeepika, Gold medalist and with 6+ years of experience as an assistant professor, faculty development training and school teaching/helping experience to students of various age groups. These years of experience in school support have allowed me to develop a methodology adapted to the needs and profile of the student. I offer support to students, who are struggling to find a way of working that suits them. Extrovert, bubbly, and above all, a lot of humor! I believe that everyone learns in his own way. This is why I do not have a rigid method but adapt to the contrary to the specificities of each student. I evaluate their level, strengths, possible weaknesses, or delays, and I develop my course accordingly. My priority: to restore the student's confidence: things are within everyone's reach when they are well explained! Active teaching methods: I try to involve the student as much as possible, to make him discover what works for him/her so that he can continue his career independently. Finally, I bring specific help when preparing questions or exams in a more difficult subject. My rate includes full tuition (private lessons, the ability to ask questions outside of class time, writing and correcting questions, etc.). The students learn best when they are in a positive and happy environment. By using the methods, I can develop a classroom that is supportive with fun. It is important for students to feel happy and comfortable with me so that they can develop the confidence to speak up and put forward their ideas. I believe every student needs to be challenged regardless of their ability. The more confidence students have, the better their chance is of succeeding.😇 Looking forward to reading from you!.

AgathePrivate lessons in Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology
EPFL master student, I would be happy to help you (you or your child) for subjects where you have difficulties! At the university, I have been an assistant in Chemistry for the first years of EPFL for several years as well as for a course linking mathematics and electronics, called Signals and Systems. So I am used to teaching and explaining concepts to students with difficulties. I also give private lessons to students passing the Swiss Maturity or the French Baccalaureate. To try to see together the difficulties as well as the misunderstandings: we resume the course together, we do an exercise together and then I let the student do it independently and we review together if he is blocked or if it is necessary to correct. I would be delighted to be able to help you in all matters, both scientific and literary! :)

DavidUS-Certified Teacher: IB Chemistry Lessons (SL and HL)
Hello! I am a certified high school teacher from New York and the lead tutor on my learning platform ScienceMeSoftly, where I post video lessons and quizzes on IB science subjects. At tutor24, I primarily teach IB chemistry and biology. I graduated from Vassar College in the United States, with a degree in Biology (First Class, Phi Beta Kappa) and a minor in adolescent education. I have worked as a Biology and Physics teacher in secondary schools in New York and California. I have also worked as a microbiology intern at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and can advise students interested in research careers.
ElmeInternational Baccalaureate Biology Standard Level (SL, IB)
I passed the IB diploma program for Biology Standard Level with full marks, I also received a 7 on my Internal Assessment (IA). I have a very good grasp on what the IB expects from it's students (all the weird and wonderful little criteria.) I have a very good grasp on Biology the subject itself, as it was one of my favorite classes and I understand the concepts on a broader and more minute scale, so I can help students to understand the topics as well as the specifics and how they all play into one another. I aim to provide students with not just the memorization of information in a somewhat robotic sense, but an actual understanding and comfortable grasp on all the topics, ideas and concepts. I can help with any homework or course work provided, including providing feedback and guidance on essays and assignments. I also like to set out extra homework (not difficult, just based on our sessions) to get back to me at the next meeting so that the student's confidence and grasp on the subjects continues to build and I can see where exactly they need assistance. NB: prior to our meetings, if possible, I would appreciate being sent whatever course work or topics the student is currently doing in class (or the syllabus, in the best case scenario) in order to best maximize my planning and ability to assist.
