I have a lot of working experience during many years giving courses of the Spanish language at schools, institutions, online and private with students of all ages. After all that years with success and good reviews, I decided last year to start the study for examiner of the Spanish language, and since a few months I also have now my official license to be examiner. Good communication is important for a teacher and I mostly only speak Spanish to my students, even in the beginning. Only when I notice that a student really doesn’t understand where I am talking about, I switch to the local language for a moment.

The aim of these classes is to encourage the motivation of the student, showing him/her that creativity and curiosity can go beyond what we think we are able to do. Anything is possible when talking about art! Learning a language is also a matter of motivation and it depends more on the attitude of the teacher than the student's. For that reason, my role is to captivate what the interest of those who I am teaching and help them towards learning a beautiful language while having fun and developing their creativity. In this course, not only you will be able to gain knowledge and fluency in the Spanish language, but you will also be able to expand your creativity and artistic skills by enjoying sessions where these two get mixed. At the same time, the first 15 min of each class will be destined to a little Spanish-related session, where activities such as reading comprehensions, talks, role plays or grammar exercises will be performed. This way, listening, speaking and writing skills will be developed and improved! The topics will depend on the interests and likes of the student and school support can also be assured by helping with homework as well as providing useful material in case self-study is needed. The rest of the class will be based on different activities, once again, depending on the likings and ambitions of the student. Throughout the course, you will be able to try different features like painting, drawing, creative writing, theater, singing, acting, photographing, video editing or music playing. Each week will be based on a project that we will be working on together. The only rule is that the final result will have to be in Spanish! These classes are very flexible and can vary from a very basic level to a quite advanced one, regarding the language. The artistic skills however, due to limitation of the materials available, can only range between beginner and intermediate. For the most little ones, babysitting is available. Hello! My name is Valeria and I am from Perú. I am a native Spanish speaker that have 3 years of tutoring experience. I will make your Spanish better through many real-life examples, conversation and grammar exercises. In addition, I can assign you different materials (videos, books, podcasts, etc) that will complement the learning process and make you more interested and motivated. My goal is to understand the expectations of my students in order to customize the classes and satisfy their needs. This class is for anybody interested in learning spanish from an international student that has lived in Spain for whole life. The classes can adapt to what you want. We can have classes focused on building knowledge on the basis of relaxed conversation. I can also teach you in a more mainstream way and assing homework and doing some sort of examination. We can also watch movies and read books. This would be disscissed before the first class in order for me to prepare and adapt to what you need as a student to feel more motivated to learn.

This class is for Spanish beginners who would like to have more fluent accent or communication, reinforcing their grammar and use or words by engaging in conversations with a native speaker. My goal is to create a chill environment, not with a lot of homework but a weekly reflection on what you've learned. For me it's really important to stay active in class and practice public speaking to reinforce confidence when you're learning a new lenguage.

I specialize in tutoring spanish and german for school and for people who want to learn the languague. It does not matter whether a person is new to this languague or has some experience. I focus on vocabulary, as well as on writing and oral skills. Every person can decide what to focus on.

My teaching method is based on the acquisition of Spanish through themes and dynamic situations adapted to suit your interests and/or objectives!
