About Me
I'm Australian. I've traveled the world and currently live in Madrid. I've been studying Pilates, Qigong, and breathwork for years. I studied with many teachers and mentors who still inspire me greatly. I have experience with: the Five Elements, the Five Sounds for Healing, Tibetan Sounds for Women, meditation/mindfulness, and Qigong for unblocking the meridians. I'm fascinated by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
