I'm Australian. I've traveled the world and currently live in Madrid. I've been studying Pilates, Qigong, and breathwork for years. I studied with many teachers and mentors who still inspire me greatly. Six years ago I began studying Qigong and breathing techniques. I became a breathing coach and Qigong teacher. I spent a lot of time practicing and studying with my teachers and mentors. I continue to learn from them.
