Hi there! Mi name is Esther, I'm a passionate yoga teacher, with 200RYT certification. Would you like to join us to one of out lessons?
It will be a really easy class and multilevel. It's doesnt matter if you have never ever practice it before. You only have to take your mat and enjoy disconeccting nearly 1 hour!

As an emotional biodecoder, I want to accompany adults to heal the symptoms or conflicts that they may be manifesting, through exploration and self-observation (adults only). Locating those emotions that are trapped in the body. These emotions generally manifest themselves in symptoms on a physical level (illnesses, injuries, ailments, etc.) or behavioral (addictions, recurring patterns, mental blocks, etc.). Understanding the symptoms as messages that the body gives us and that allow us to know that the unconscious is still trying to solve a previous situation.
Using different BDE techniques, we are going to find the root of the emotion and bring it to consciousness, so that, in this way, it can be expressed and lead to the healing process beginning.

I have a Master's degree and international certification in International Coaching focused on Neurobiological Coaching
(American School of Neurobiological Coaching - Cocrear - Flapco and European Academy of Neurosciences, Economics and Humanities); Ayurveda (Argentina) and Family Constellations (UK)

Certifications in Yoga: 200 hours of multiple styles of yoga (India) and 300 hours in Kundalini specialization (India) Specialization in pre and post natal (US) and Specialization in children and adolescents (UK)

I am a yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance and specialized in Hatha. I love this discipline and being able to share it with other people and adapt it to their needs and objectives. I believe that yoga has numerous tools that can help us improve our lives on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). Each body is a world and each of us are at different points in our lives, that is why I try to adapt my classes to the needs of the students at all times, whether they are in groups or individually. My hope is to help my students achieve their goals and leave classes feeling better than when they arrived.

Classes are usually 1 hour, although they can also be 1 hour and a half. I start and end my sessions with a few minutes of relaxation. The rest of the session is dedicated to warm-up exercises and preparation for the asanas, in the same asanas and breathing exercises on some occasions.

Graduated in Dance Pedagogy and with extensive training in Body Techniques such as Pilates and Yoga, she teaches private and group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Body Balance, Physical Conditioning and Barré.

No previous experience required.
Consciousness work will be carried out, allowing you to go as far as your own body allows.
The class will begin with a short meditation, then joint mobility and the class will end with a few minutes of relaxation.

Abundance workshops: these are individual workshops where different techniques will be addressed to generate the habit of "abundance" and "gratitude."

Yoga classes tailored to you whether you are a beginner or more advanced

Private classes or small groups
Dynamic classes where we focus on strength and coordination or if you prefer calmer classes where we will work on body mobility.

We will also work with breathing exercises and meditation.
