I am a yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance and specialized in Hatha. I love this discipline and being able to share it with other people and adapt it to their needs and objectives. I believe that yoga has numerous tools that can help us improve our lives on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). Each body is a world and each of us are at different points in our lives, that is why I try to adapt my classes to the needs of the students at all times, whether they are in groups or individually. My hope is to help my students achieve their goals and leave classes feeling better than when they arrived.

Classes are usually 1 hour, although they can also be 1 hour and a half. I start and end my sessions with a few minutes of relaxation. The rest of the session is dedicated to warm-up exercises and preparation for the asanas, in the same asanas and breathing exercises on some occasions.

Graduated in Dance Pedagogy and with extensive training in Body Techniques such as Pilates and Yoga, she teaches private and group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Body Balance, Physical Conditioning and Barré.

I have more than 35 years of teaching experience, teaching classes in primary and secondary schools, therapeutic communities, addiction centers and in companies teaching “TaiChi in Company” programs. In Argentina, I have founded and directed a center specialized in activities aimed at improving the quality of life, promoting the practice of sports and alternative disciplines. I lead interdisciplinary teams, made up of teachers, instructors and students, applying a transformational style of listening, conversations and feedback, in order to work on trust with each of the people with whom I interact, fostering a space for change and growth.
