All this work generates a positive emotional and psychological impact on each practitioner. The class is adapted according to the possibility of each person. They can be personalized or group classes, the classes last 90 min. beginning with a meditation, breathing practice, yoga-training and ending with relaxation and meditation. By giving ourselves the time and space for each practice, we develop wisdom, learning, well-being and self-knowledge.

My training method is aimed at students who are starting out, at a certain level, students who want to compete or tennis players who want to make the leap to professional and need someone to follow them. It is an enjoyable and personalized system to facilitate learning, mixing physical and technical exercises in the training sessions. Classes can be individual and for small groups.
I also teach them in English and I not only focus on teaching but also on following the students in their competitions and discovering and promoting new talents in the world of racket.
