I also make lessons interactive by encouraging the students to ask questions, share their thoughts, and work together with me to solve problems. I incorporate diagrams, graphs, and visual aids to explain abstract concepts. I teach patiently in order to give each student time to understand and help them build confidence. I also know that students have different learning styles and abilities. Therefore, I work with my students gradually with empathy and passion.
I make the environment conducive so that students are encouraged to ask questions and explore multiple ways to solve problems.
I also emphasize understanding the reasoning behind mathematical rules and procedures, not just memorizing formulas.
I provide constructive feedback to help students improve and encourage them to take ownership of their learning. I also collaborate with parents to ensure holistic support for the students.
