Of Belgian-Canadian origin, I have over 6 years of experience in yoga. Trained in Casablanca in Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Nidra Meditation, I now teach in Marrakech at the Fairmont Royal Palm. I enjoy guiding my students through a personalized practice that meets their needs. I integrate meditation, breathing, and movement into my classes.
Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement. It is ideal for improving flexibility and strengthening muscles.
Nidra Meditation, also called "lucid sleep yoga," is a guided meditation, an inner journey that affects the entire body.
I teach in-person and in-home private lessons in Marrakech. I also teach online.

Individual or group class ( 20 people maximum), the classes are taking place outdoors or indoors, on a Yoga mat, without or with the help of numerous accessories, balls, blocks, circles, and rollers. I teach Yin yoga or Hatha yoga and Pilates, Let's start in your mat right now.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin involves long-held poses, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. The focus is on passive stretching and finding stillness, which encourages the release of tension and promotes flexibility.
Yin yoga poses are usually done on the floor, and practitioners are encouraged to relax their muscles, allowing gravity to do the work. This practice fosters a meditative mindset, helping to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.
Benefits of Yin yoga include improved joint mobility, increased circulation, and a sense of calm. It's a great complement to more vigorous styles of yoga or workouts, providing balance and promoting overall well-being.

Hatha Yoga links postures much faster than Yin yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscle elasticity. It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.
In Hatha yoga, the pace is typically moderate, allowing practitioners to explore poses deeply and develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes may vary in style and intensity, but they generally emphasize mindfulness and connection to breath.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, and core stability, it emphasizes controlled movements, breathing techniques, and awareness of body alignment.
Pilates can be practiced on a mat or using specialized equipment, such as the Reformer, which adds resistance to exercises. The core is the primary focus, but Pilates also targets various muscle groups throughout the body.
Key benefits of Pilates include improved strength, better posture, increased flexibility, and enhanced body awareness. It’s suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be adapted for rehabilitation or athletic training.
