I specialized in teaching MATHEMATICS in English for schools students up to IGCSE/ IB Level. I have taught Mathematics in a variety of outstanding high schools in England and now teach in a British International school in Mexico. I have been a tutor for 10 years. I studied Mathematics, Business Management and Finance at university of Queen Mary, University of London.

This class will be inspiring for all the students who want to understand mathematics but always find it difficult. I will cover topics from basics and teach with topic mastery in mind.

My way of teaching is friendly and open, but clear and direct. I use lots of materials and interactive simulations and conceptual learning where possible. My abilities in education are incredibly strong and online getting better everytime I tutor. Given the previous situation with Covid. Online teaching has become second nature and I am happy to help your learning online but happy to do face to face lessons in Mexico city also.

Teaching methodology:
In order to teach a student effectively, it cannot simply be a matter of taking notes or going over the same material again and again. Students need time to connect concepts by approaching subjects from many angles. It takes practice and skill to make learning in a classroom interesting. I have been developing those skills over many years and continue to try and do so as I teach and learn myself!

About Me
Since I was young i've always had a passion for maths, I love how maths always has a right answer and many ways to get to it. The thrill I get from solving complex problems is exciting, and will never grow old on me. I hope to pass this passion on to as many kids as possible. Maths has helped me in all aspects of life, and I feel like without it I wouldn't be as confident in life as I am now. I have a passion to help kids achieve the best they can achieve, I do this by understanding where the kid is and what drives them to do better and learn better. Building rapport and a firm understanding between us is key. I will set some expectations from the beginning and expect that to continue throughout our time together.

BSc in Mathematics, Business Management and Finance. Queen Mary University of London. For A levels i've obtained an A in mathematics, A for Chemistry, B for Biology and C for Physics. For GCSE i have 5 A*, 6 A and 2Bs.
