Although I have an academic background, I love mixing genres, finding creative approaches, and most of all — adapting the lessons to you and your goals.

About Me

I am a positive, purposeful, and well-organised person with a deep love for teaching. I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge because it helps me grow alongside my students.

I was born into a family of musicians. My first instrument was the piano, like my mother, but my heart was always drawn to the violin. I started playing the violin at the age of 8, and to this day, I believe it was the best decision of my life.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to perform in a wide variety of concert halls, and to meet amazing people from all over the world. These experiences have shaped me as both a performer and a teacher.

Let’s be honest — the violin is not the easiest instrument to learn. But it offers incredible emotional depth, technical richness, and life-changing experiences. As a teacher, I aim to make the journey enjoyable and inspiring for each student, whether you are just starting out or looking to refine your skills.

I teach students of all ages and levels — with patience, encouragement, and attention to individual needs. I can also incorporate music theory, stage preparation, and ensemble skills into the lessons if desired.

I’ll be happy to guide you on your musical path and help you unlock your unique voice through the violin!

I have been teaching violin to beginners and advanced players of all ages for more than 10 years. In addition to posture, intonation and technique, the focus of the lessons is also particularly on the development of musical personality as well as musical expression, dynamics and agogics.

Musically everything is possible: Of course I teach the classical and technical standards and violin concertos / works, but there are no limits here. I myself perform around the world with classical, classical pop, jazz, pop, rock, film music as well as current charts, house and dubstep and also give pure improvisation lessons. In addition to the violin basics, the style of personal taste is fine-tuned according to the student's wishes and goals.

I teach in our offices in Munich (Rosenheimerplatz) and in our second office in Buch am Erlbach (near Moosburg / Freising / Landshut).

I have been teaching in Munich, Landsberg since 1998 and during my violin studies in Munich and Lucerne, children from the earliest 5 years and motivated young people, as well as preparing for entrance exams at universities.
My goal is that the children get good and solid technology with fun and joy, so the word MOTIVATION is very important to me and the students find their own way, whether music as a hobby, as a balance or as a study.
My students learn a very good basic basis and their techniques based on various works and various musical styles, so I can enable them to develop later and find out for themselves which style they want to pursue in their life.
I also work with various music colleges and orchestras.

Since piano was my minor, I also teach piano for beginners.

I have been playing the violin for 20 years and am a fully qualified classroom music teacher in the UK. With my strong pedagogical background and understanding of what makes a good music lesson, I come not just with my knowledge and skills as a musician but also my knowledge and skills as a teacher.

I have experience of teaching the ABRSM syllabus and Trinity College London Classical syllabus, and am able to support you in preparing for graded exams or simply learning for fun! Each lesson will incorporate music theory, technical knowledge and performance skills in an engaging and relaxed environment. We can focus on exam pieces if a graded exam is your goal, or we can choose pieces from any genre that takes your interest to build up your technical and performance skills. I love taking suggestions from my students and these are always welcome!

I am able to offer music theory lessons in addition to violin lessons. This will be based on the ABRSM syllabus up to grade 5 level, and I can also support students in preparing for these exams.
