I have been playing the violin for 20 years and am a fully qualified classroom music teacher in the UK. With my strong pedagogical background and understanding of what makes a good music lesson, I come not just with my knowledge and skills as a musician but also my knowledge and skills as a teacher.

I have experience of teaching the ABRSM syllabus and Trinity College London Classical syllabus, and am able to support you in preparing for graded exams or simply learning for fun! Each lesson will incorporate music theory, technical knowledge and performance skills in an engaging and relaxed environment. We can focus on exam pieces if a graded exam is your goal, or we can choose pieces from any genre that takes your interest to build up your technical and performance skills. I love taking suggestions from my students and these are always welcome!

I am able to offer music theory lessons in addition to violin lessons. This will be based on the ABRSM syllabus up to grade 5 level, and I can also support students in preparing for these exams.

About Me

I am originally from Ireland, but have lived in Edinburgh, London and now Munich with my German fiancé. I am a fully qualified high school level music teacher in the UK and am excited to continue my career as a music educator in Munich.

My main focus as a teacher is providing strong technical knowledge combined with experience and enjoyment of performing to support you as a whole musician and not simply as a violin player. My lessons are always fun and relaxed, and I especially enjoy working with children in their first steps towards becoming a musician.

I hold a degree in music with a specialism in performance studies and have been privately teaching violin for 10 years.

I teach piano lessons and theory of music for begginers.i learn german in a school so slowly i will be able to teach and in german.I teach how to approach the instrument of piano good position,hand technik and quality of the sound combined with theory how to read a sheet,the rythm,scales etc.

This class has the purpose of teaching how to play and enjoy different kind of drums, not only the drums set, but others like Congas, Bongos, Djembe, maracas, Güiro, etc. It’s a nice exploration across different cultures and music styles to discover how to use them creatively in different music genres and if you are interested there’s the possibility to learn how to record them.

These lessons will help you to understand basics of the violin technique and music making. They will improve your listening and rhythmic skills, as well as the ability to concentrate on a better practice.
My method is based on the Russian violin school and mixed with my wide experience of teaching in USA and Europe.

Have you always wanted to play an instrument or have you ever played an instrument, but you lost the interest or didn't have time for it? Have you been given a ukulele as a gift and now want to “activate” it? Have you been playing a bit with the help of YouTube videos but it doesn't quite work? - I would be happy to meet you where you are with your skills and area of interest. My lessons give the student the opportunity to get to know this magical and versatile instrument in a playful way,
and in the process discover a new string within yourself.

As part of the structured lessons, we learn the instrument, the initial fundamental knowledge (playing techniques, song selection, rhythm patterns, etc.) and build a repertoire of pieces that you enjoy and/or that you can use for your work (e.g. children's groups, retirement home, clinical clown , actors etc).

Other aspects of ukulele lessons as needed include singing/vocal training, stage presence, song selection, instrument selection, interpretation, etc

I graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 2014 with a diploma from Professor Irina Osipova.
I have won various piano competitions in Russia, Norway, Italy, England and Belgium.
Since 2015 I have been playing solo and chamber music concerts on a regular basis, organizing various advanced training courses in piano for teachers and master classes in Bavaria.

My goal is that the children get good and solid technology with fun and joy, so the word MOTIVATION is very important to me and the students find their own way, whether music as a hobby, as a balance or as a study.
My students learn a very good basic basis and their techniques based on various works and various musical styles, so I can enable them to develop later and find out for themselves which style they want to pursue in their life.
