Very young, I had the chance to try and practice different sports, even if I did not know that my future profession would be in this field, I knew that sport would be by my side on a daily basis for a long time.
After years of high-level sailing practice, dozens of training camps, and competitions abroad, I realized that fitness and physical preparation were an aspect of the sport as important and interesting as strategy and performance.
I therefore chose to evolve in this direction, starting with calisthenics (Street Work Out) then fitness, which led me to two consecutive Fitness Trainer training courses (IFAS & FitsPro).
Wishing to push my knowledge further, I followed up with additional training, and I have now qualified as a Personal Trainer since July 2023
Always looking to improve my knowledge in the field of health in sport, I am currently continuing training in nutrition.
Independent since August 2023 as a personal coach, I currently do not have a studio available for coaching, however I am happy to travel to my home around Nyon.
Furthermore, while waiting to find a place in a studio, I have set up a room at home where I am also able to coach.
