Where needed creative careers advice can be given that is reverse engineered from industry fields and trends to match individual students. Young people get help to develop a strong body of work in form of a digital or physical creative portfolio, either from scratch or with existing artwork. A versatile and experienced professional with a rich background spanning over 20 years in project management, further education, and the creative entertainment industry. As a former teacher at UAL and at associated institutions Lautaro headed the Graphics Design and 3D Design sixth form departments and curriculum development. Renowned for conceptualisation, design, and fabrication expertise, Lautaro has contributed to globally recognised film, television, and theatre productions while also leading impactful community initiatives and educational programmes. Proficient in managing diverse responsibilities across creative and technical domains, with a strong passion for inspiring creativity and excellence.

I have 12 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. I am a teacher and educational content creator specializing in the humanities, contemporary culture, and interdisciplinary analysis of the human experience through film, music, philosophy, history, and art. My approach goes beyond traditional teaching, aiming to cultivate a critical, aesthetic, and profound understanding of how we perceive the world.

My main area of expertise is European and arthouse cinema, with a particular interest in directors who have transformed cinematic language, such as Ingmar Bergman, Federico Fellini, Andrei Tarkovsky, Jean-Luc Godard, and Michael Haneke. I analyze film not only as entertainment but also as a form of visual thought, capable of expressing complex philosophical, emotional, and social ideas. In my classes, I explore narrative, aesthetics, symbolism, and the relationship between cinema and society.

In the musical field, I work from a broad perspective, encompassing everything from classical music (Beethoven, Mahler, Debussy, Bach) to contemporary genres such as alternative rock, shoegaze, and post-rock. Bands like My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, and Radiohead are part of my analysis, especially regarding sonic texture, emotionality, and atmospheric construction. I also explore the history of rock as a cultural phenomenon and its impact on youth and social identity.

Philosophy is another fundamental pillar of my teaching. Psychology is another key area, focusing on the psychology of art, perception, emotions, and identity. I explore how film, music, and culture shape the human mind and how individuals construct meaning from aesthetic and social experiences.
