You must ALWAYS train with a good matt directly underneath you.
Your rigging must be safely installed and approved by a professional rigger. I take no liability for a malfunctioning of the rig in which you practise.

About Me
I am a creative educator and artist working in museums and charities, as well as a performer and actress teaching and working in Cambridge and London, UK.

My work in museums has been varied, and it ranges from exhibition producer and co-curator, tour guide, facilitator, to project manager and programmer. If you don’t find me doing at least one of those things, you’ll for sure find me facilitating a workshop or performing in a show.

I enjoy designing and delivering enthralling and original learning experiences in various formats and suited to different learning styles. I also take pleasure in leading cultural projects to success and devising unique engagement programmes.
I also teach and perform aerial circus as well as physical theatre. I particularly like taking part in and developing ground-breaking performances on topics as diverse and relevant as climate change and gender identity. Finally, I also do photography and digital editing.

As you can see, I am as eager about managing and producing behind the scenes, as I am about being centre stage. I am incredibly passionate about the arts, and I love sharing my enthusiasm, knowledge and creativity with everyone. I cannot wait to share this with you!

Art classes

These classes focus on developing the skills to produce artworks utilising diverse media. The techniques I teach are drawing, painting, sculpture, and engraving, as well as mixed media, where students experiment a combination of techniques and materials, such as photomontage, xilocollage, building of sculptures with non-conventional objects, etc.

Art appreciation & Art History

I use a combination of techniques for Art Appreciation and Art History classes. Some are based on the Visual Thinking Strategies method and guided enquiry, as well as on my background in drama to relate to artworks with all the senses and the emotions. Similarly, my guided observation works on helping students identify and understand compositional principles.
The aim of these classes is to get learners thinking about what they see and what it could mean. This can be done with any sort of image.
This type of approach is particularly important nowadays that human culture has become eminently visual. And students extract enormous joy by sharing and discussing their ideas.

This class teaches you the basics of Photoshop and or GIMP, two very similar softwares to edit pictures that will make them look more professional in your own style. Usually you will be able to understand the basics of this software within a few sessions, so that then you can move over to exploring ways of being creatives and finding your own personal style for retouching your images.

Juggling re-wires your brain and makes it 2-3% more denser.
I've taught kids and adults how to juggle.
If you learn it the right way its quite easy and fast.
Hit me up and I'll teach you to juggle quickly and easily.
Most of it is me giving you a quick lesson and you go away and practice it over several days then another quick lesson to get you to the next level and then you go away and practice that.
small simple steps of about 6 to 12 sessions will have you juggling.
each session is 15-30mins as most of it is you practicing what I've taught you.
30,45,60 is for individuals
90,120 minutes is for groups

I specialize in Fire Performance. I have been performing all over the world for over 20 years. My main tool is Fire Poi. I also work with Staff and Double Staff. I would cover fire safety, object manipulation, state of flow and meditation, performance and sacred geometry. Students would eventually need materials for this class.

The second class I offer is walking on a 1" slackline. Lessons will cover slackline safety, balance, core strength, meditation and how to set up a slackline. Students do not need materials for this class.

The third class is Magic and sleight of hand. I am an intermediate magician specializing in close up magic and card tricks. Lessons would cover magic history, close up sleight of hand, card tricks, coin tricks, parlor tricks and stage magic. Students would need a deck of cards to begin.

The fourth class is Leather art and tooling. I have been tooling and carving leather for over 15 years. I specialize in sacred geometry. Lessons would cover leather prepping, tooling, carving, stamping, molding and dying. Students would need to acquire their own tools and leather for this class.

The fifth class is DJ and Production. I have been a DJ for 10 years and producing music for 15 years. My main DAW is FL Studio. I specialize in Tribal/World music. I have played tons of festivals all over the states. Students would need a laptop for this class.

This class is aimed at teaching body awareness and control for little people.

In this class we'll cover a full active warm up, getting our blood pumping, mobilising our joints, sliding into some stretches and getting our muscles ready for some acrobatics.

Then we'll cover some basic positions such as front support, straddle fold, bridge and shoulder stand. Before moving onto more advanced skills such as forward roll and cartwheels.

Together we can get you to reach your goals: whether you want to improve your backbend, your bridge, your splits, your hip mobility - we can do this together! Through active-passive stretching techniques, as well as listening to your body and finding the exercises that suits you, we will be able to improve your flexibility for your specific practice (circus, pole dance, dance etc.) or just for your everyday life!

hula hoops were first invented in 1958 and today they are more diverse and awesome than ever before. have you ever wanted to try hula hooping? do you have a hula hoop somewhere? are you keen to learn new tricks? do you have some friends that would like to join you? or know some children that would like to dance also? let's spin, balance, roll, and twirl together.

I have taught and performed hula hooping professionally in Australia for three years. it has been a delightful time. I published a book with a collection of my favourite hula hoop tricks and specialized in double hula hoop.

in class the most important thing is that you are enjoying yourself. classes are tailored to suit you and your goals. fun, focused, planned, interesting, flowing, choreographic and wonderful.

Private online aerial or flexibility classes are planned according to your objectives and are multi-level. We can work on dynamics, strength, transitions and fluidity, balance and flexibility figures, turns, or in introduction to circus if you are a begginer.
The classes lasts one hour which is used for preparation and technical work .
I usually leave brief basic tasks as a review or building of specific strength.

Enhance your acting skills with a training program entirely focused on body expression, gesture-based storytelling, and silent humor.

Through physical theater exercises, you'll unlock a wealth of expressive tools within your body, enabling you to convey both comedic and dramatic performances. More than simply mastering the delivery of lines or modulating tone, this course will help you discover the gestures and emotions that can connect you to any narrative, storyline, or script, bringing authenticity to your acting and imbuing every scene with deeper meaning.

Whether it's crafting a single act, creating a short scene, or planting the seeds for a full play, you'll be encouraged to explore these practices and exercises in your own way, gaining a clearer understanding of your artistic aspirations and unique creative voice.
