English can be a wonderful subject to learn when given the right tools and motivation. It is the basis for many subjects and mastery of English takes time, dedication and a good sense of humor. In my class, we will tackle English from the roots starting with nouns, verbs, pronouns, and subject and verb agreement and advance to more delicate areas of literature in such a way that learning the English language becomes something that you can look forward to!

About Me

I have been teaching English to children between the ages of 9 and 17 for the past 7 years. I love English because true mastery of English allows children and adults to build social connections.
Learning for me must be something that students look forward to, and I use conversational techniques to promote learning outside of the classroom because students have already spent all of their day inside the classroom.
Literature is a discussion and a reasoning exercise that focuses on encouraging students to expand their thinking while using the tools learnt in the Language Arts to be articulate!
