This course is for the people who want to have better emotional intelligence, who wants to stop reacting and work on how to respond, and who want to raise their Spiritual experience and so probably want to work on Kundalini in future.
Kundalini is an intense energy for which our body isn’t compatible we have to make it compatible with consistent practice, this course could help you to start preparing your body for the same, and this would be just one part of it.

Atleast 3 hours of empty stomach, loose comfortable clothing
Since we will be focussing only on prayanama and meditation, a pre workout is suggested for atleast 15 mins for the increase blood flow.

I am Ankita from India and based in Belgium. I am a yoga and Sanskrit teacher.

My coaching method is mix of traditional and modern, based on your needs and preferences that will give you relief from your health and mental problems. Sanskrit and yoga classes will be scheduled separately and you will have to enroll for both classes separately if you want to learn both!

We will study Vibhakti, Sandhi, Dhatu, sentence making, lakar/ 5 tenses. We will also practice reading texts after covering some grammar.
Also note that, the teaching will be in Devanagari script! People who doesn’t know Devanagari should mention during the registration, if we have atleast 3 students - a separate class will be organised for them. A modified curriculum will be taught for them.
