Learning to speak English fluently is about more than memorizing grammar rules—it's about feeling at ease when you need to use it: in conversations at work, in school, while traveling, or in everyday situations that call for quick, natural responses.

With experience teaching adult professionals on language and travel communication, I focus on building both your language skills and your confidence. My feedback approach draws on mindfulness principles, helping you notice and release the self-judgment or anxiety that often gets in the way of speaking freely, as non-native speakers often feel. Rather than fixating on every mistake, we work on staying present and communicating clearly. I will help you improve your English skills through consistent fluency practice, paired with mindful, constructive correction—so growth feels natural, not stressful.

This class covers practical, real-world English — conversations at work and in school, travel scenarios, and everyday interactions — while also expanding your vocabulary naturally through real conversation, so you leave each session more capable and more at ease using the language.

Hotels, travel agencies and tour operators run on communication — enquiries, bookings, itineraries, reviews, and guests writing in several languages. Most of that work is repetitive. Much of it is exactly where AI genuinely helps, and most businesses are using it badly or not at all.

I spent twelve years in the travel industry, working with international bookings, ticketing and airline systems. I've spent the last two years building LLM tooling and training AI models. This class sits between those two things: how to apply AI to the daily work of a tourism or hospitality business.

You'll learn how to draft and answer guest enquiries faster without sounding like a machine. How to handle reviews — the straightforward ones and the difficult ones. How to produce itineraries, property descriptions and marketing copy from your own material. How to work across languages without hiring a translator for every message. And how to build repeatable workflows, so a task you do fifty times becomes a task you set up once.

This isn't about replacing your staff with a chatbot. It's about removing the repetitive work so your people can spend their time on guests.

By the end, you'll have a set of workflows built around your own business, not a list of tools you've heard of.

I’ve spent nearly half my life teaching languages (French, English and Spanish), and nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone from another country learn to speak my native language through my lessons. I don’t see it as a teacher-student relationship — I see myself as someone who gives you the tools to help you achieve your language goals, all in a relaxed, positive atmosphere and with engaging materials.
