Crochet is such a useful skill and an attractive hobby once you get into it!! This class is targeting the amazing new crocheters out there who have only learned the basics and is wishing to improve your skills. We’re going to learn together about 5 techniques of your choice until they become as easy as making chains!! You’ll choose the 5 techniques from a list of many techniques, and for every technique we’ll keep practicing it together :) I’m looking forward to meeting you soon in the online class.

As an aspiring artist, it is expected that you want to learn more on the various techniques that artist use to create amazing works of art. This class is aimed to teach you skills needed for art such as anatomy practice, value and many others.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

The best part about art is that it is subjective! If you have prior experience that you’d like to share or you’re looking to gain skill, I offer a fun and supportive environment with various mediums. With handmade projects and interactive lessons, I teach fundamental art which is easy on the eyes. I am state certified gifted in Visual Arts in the state of Ohio, but my focus has always been on illustration for children’s novels or creating works of peace and ease. Design Process in Fashion Designing, is a basic and important process to understand in order to bring your creative ideas to fruition. It ensures a well planned end products and make you meet the final output of a designer and targeted clients. This course will help you open up your creative ideas to plan systematically to get the desired result.

The skills you learn through drawing can help you in many other aspects of life. In this course you will learn how to look closer at objects, identify proportions, and apply your own style onto your artwork. My course introduces form and structure to younger students, and by the end of each class the student will have created a beautiful artwork. I specialize in drawing and painting, but I recognize that drawing is the foundation of art. It is also about being attentive and observant. Anyone could draw and it starts with looking carefully. This class is for aspiring artists, or anyone who wants to learn how to draw. My goal is to keep students inspired. I want to make each lesson personalized depending on what the student wants to learn while also introducing them to the foundational techniques of drawing.

Fashion design is a foundational course that helps people develop their color sense and gain experience in designing clothes. We will draw and take creative liberties to find inspiration, along with reading chapters or books on sewing. As for the Language Arts portion, we will read some novels based on your experience level. We will write short stories, essays, and watch films to help better your writing.

Freeing Art for Kids & Seniors is a relaxed, judgment-free space to make art that feels good.
