I specialise in providing guided meditations, speaking about mental health and journaling sessions. Sessions are engaging and everyone from all ages are welcome to join in discussions.

About Me
I am a very patient and understanding individual who is willing to give my time apart from University work in order to teach students to find a balanced approach towards life. We will be having discussions, reflective questions and live meditation during online sessions. I have practiced meditation for the past 3 years and would love to introduce breathing techniques to relieve stress. Willing to work with motivated, enthusiastic and adventurous students who are willing to take responsibility towards their wellbeing. Remember, you are more than your grades.
