Embodied Breath: A Somatic Practice for Stress, Tension Relief & Nervous System Regulation
From 64.27 £ /h
This is a one‐on‐one breathwork experience designed to help you move out of the thinking mind and into deep nervous‐system regulation, emotional release, and embodied presence.
Through intentional breathing, movement, touch and supportive spaceholding this session helps you to:
- reset stress and overwhelm
- release stuck energy and tension from the body
- access deeper clarity and inner calm
- reconnect with your body
I work with an embodied approach, grounding the nervous system, meeting emotions as they arise, and inviting self‐awareness without forcing or fixing.
This is ideal if you:
- want real nervous‐system support rather than “relaxation only”
- feel held back by chronic stress, burnout, or emotional tension
- want tools that continue to support you off the mat
- feel like meditation is too boring / doesn't work for you
No previous breathwork experience needed. All levels welcome.

Extra information
- The practice is best done on an empty stomach and empty bladder: No heavy meals within 2 hours leading up to the session + remember to use the toilet before the session.
- Dress in layers (in case you get too warm /cold) & loose clothes (tight clothes restrict movement of the diaphragm)
- The practice is done in a cross legged position, ensure you have a comfy place to sit where you won't be disturbed
- During the practice you might feel the urge to release sound. If there is someone in the house with you it is wise to inform them beforehand. This way they don't get worried and you don't feel restricted.
- Bring tea or warm water in case you get thirsty (cold water is not recommended as it restricts energy flow)
- Bring a pen/pencil and notepad in case there is something you want to write down
- Leave your phone in another room (unless you are using the device to join the session) or put on DND
- Headphones are recommended but not needed

About Me
I’m Tina, a certified breathwork coach. I help people reconnect with their bodies and learn to use their breath as a tool for real, felt change. My approach is grounded, practical, and body‐led. No fluff, no spiritual jargon, just techniques that help your nervous system relax, tension release, and presence return.
The way I work is simple, grounded, and body-led. We use the breath alongside gentle movement and touch to support regulation, release stored tension, and create more space in the body. This is for you if you feel stuck in your head, overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from yourself. This is for you if you want a practice that helps you come back to yourself in a tangible way.
Why Work With Me
- I bring a practical, somatic perspective that meets each person where they are
- I focus on real, felt outcomes: calm, release, and embodied awareness
- I create a safe, supportive space for exploring tension and nervous system patterns
- My sessions are informed by both training and lived experience with stress, anxiety, and body tension
"Transform your breath, transform your life"
