My method is a combination of two styles of yoga: Ishka Kankueb Yoga and Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Ishka Kankueb Yoga:
A style of yoga created by Carlos Holguin, tantric yogi and Mayan spiritual guide, supported by the techniques and wisdom of the Traditional Satyananda Yoga School of India and Mesoamerican cultures, more specifically, Kankueb, the Mayan technique for transcendence through energy, and the prestigious Feldenkrais method, for the optimal development of body awareness.
A yoga that connects us with nature and helps us recognize our mission in the universe, helping us discover how easy it is not to abandon the practice when it is done from love.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga:
A type of yoga popularized in the 20th century by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, who learned it from his teacher Sri T. Krishnamacharia. Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga proposes a fantastic sequence of asanas (postures) but it can lead to great inconveniences for the beginner practitioner if he does not have the guidance and monitoring of an experienced teacher. It is essential to support physical practice with pranayama and meditation exercises. This method is ideal to complement the curvilinear (feminine) work provided by Ishka Kankueb Yoga, since in the case of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, straight lines (masculine) are perfected.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style that uses the structure of the different sun salutations to connect body, mind and spirit, including different yoga postures to the sound of music.
