    About Me

My career has covered front office relationship management, quantitative credit risk and derivative products in IBD. I passed CFA three levels at first attempt and I am a CFA charter holder.I believe my role as a tutor is to provide my students with the right tools to solve their problems in the career or exams, and equally importantly, to try and ignite their interest in studying. My way of teaching is to engage with them and stimulate them to ensure the interest of learning grows. It is essential for my students to get good grades, and understand concepts, learn to think mathematically and solve problems themselves.

I have extensive experience in tutoring A-level maths and business, GCSE maths and business and secondary school maths. My teaching style is to inspire their interest in maths and business studies so that they can be more independently learning.

I am also a mandarin native speaker and started my tutoring career as a language teacher 10 years ago. I am easy going and very patient. I speak standard mandarin without any accent and worked as the interpreter for the British Olympic Association during Beijing Olympics and many business conference.

    Education

I graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science wit a Master in Finance. I did Business Studies for the underground study and graduated with National Scholarship.

    Experience / Qualifications

CFA charterholder (passed all three levels). I pass all three levels at first attempt. I also got impressive scores in GRE, GMAT and Tofel.

I am an experienced and patient mathematics tutor. I specialise in individual tutoring in order to guide each student on the path to success. With the help of internet, I am able to make sure my students are safe and at the same time, my distance learning courses take place on an interactive whiteboard. This educational tool considerably improves the student / teacher interaction. The student only needs a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone to see it. I tailor each session based on individual student. I am quick to identify your weak points and find the root cause. I then adapt the content of my courses to their specific needs. I always encourage and support the student in learning new subjects.
Are you ..searching for a job? ..in professional re-orientation? What are the studies and you wonder what's next among all the choices? ..you want to put yourself in your account? Or do you simply wish to change or accelerate your career? I can accompany you and give you the right tools so that you can quickly progress in your choices and professional challenges. Salah Eddine
Math support courses for high school students (Science Maths, Science Exp, Letters ...)
As a teaching professional, I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge. My goal is to provide quality education. I am aware that some topics may seem complex, but often this is simply the result of an inadequate explanation by the teacher. With me, you will discover a real interest in the material! We strive together to achieve academic excellence, overcoming the shortcomings and difficulties encountered by your child. Studies will become a pleasant experience for him. In addition to the courses, I can also help with school orientation, identifying their preferences and highlighting the advantages and benefits of a fulfilling educational ambition. The sessions generally take place according to the following stages: 1️⃣ The first sessions are devoted to the assessment of the student's level in order to detect existing gaps. 2️⃣ Next, we create a personalized plan to address these gaps, including the number of hours of work needed, specific areas to focus on, and appropriate training and development exercises. 3️⃣ We stay in constant contact with the student's class teacher, to keep up to date with the latest requirements and ensure a consistent approach. 4️⃣ Subsequently, I provide exams similar to those that are likely to be asked in class, to prepare the student effectively. 5️⃣ Upon request, I write a regular report, usually monthly, to keep parents informed of their child's progress throughout their course. I adapt my methodology according to the specific needs of each student, thus offering them a personalized and adapted work approach. In addition, I offer crash courses for students preparing for the start of the school year, allowing them to start the year well prepared, with a solid lead on the school curriculum. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I will be happy to help you.
