Learn and recall the basic elements of the English language, from phonemes and graphemes, to adjectives and adverbs. Build on your vocabulary through creative writing exercises and study different types of texts and their common features. Practise spelling, reading and writing through all of the above, building confidence and fluency. I am an English Language graduate with a passion for reading and writing, and have previous experience as a tutor and am currently a primary teaching assistant who has worked with a range of children across year groups, so you can be assured that I have the patience and knowledge to help your child improve their literacy skills, in line with the National Curriculum.
