My name is Qasim, and I am honored to share my experience with my yoga instructor. A great yoga instructor does much more than teach physical postures; they inspire confidence, discipline, and personal growth. My instructor creates a positive and welcoming environment where every student feels comfortable, respected, and motivated to learn.
With excellent knowledge of yoga techniques, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, my instructor helps students improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being. Every session is carefully planned to suit different skill levels, ensuring that beginners and experienced practitioners alike can benefit from the practice.
One of the most remarkable qualities of my yoga instructor is their patience and dedication. They pay attention to each student's needs, provide clear guidance, and encourage continuous improvement. Their calm and positive attitude helps reduce stress and promotes mental clarity.
Through regular practice under their guidance, I have developed better physical fitness, improved concentration, and a greater sense of inner peace. My yoga instructor serves as an excellent mentor who motivates students to adopt a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
I sincerely appreciate their commitment, professionalism, and passion for teaching yoga. Their influence has made a positive difference in my life and in the lives of many others.

Hi, I'm Noora a Computer Engineering student at UCLAN living in Nicosia, with 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at a coaching centre in Pakistan.
I teach Mathematics from basic to advanced level like algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus (limits, derivatives, integrals)for high school students. I've developed my own structured notes and teaching materials over the years, which I use to explain concepts clearly and build a strong step-by-step foundation rather than just rushing through problems. I also teach other subjects, e.g. Chemistry, English.
Whether a student is struggling with the basics or preparing for advanced exams, I tailor my approach to how they learn best.
