Hello, I specialise in tutoring for the 11+,13+ and SATs. I passed all exams and now I am in a top-achieving grammar school. I can help tell you what to look for and what not to. My goal is to keep students challenged but not overwhelmed, I believe that my lessons are fun but challenging. I teach primary school children from Year 2 upwards in Maths, English and in preparation for SATs in Year 6.
My resources are all current and up to date and relevant in today’s National Curriculum specification.
I have full access to the topics to be covered in each year group in Maths and am happy to mirror and match that which is being completed termly at school as well as focusing on more challenging topics. Each lesson will begin with Arithmetic questions for fluency.
Reading comprehensions and grammar will be taught according to what is required for each year group and finally with a focus on spelling, punctuation and grammar practise papers as will be completed during SATs.
