I’m a native Estonian speaker, language teacher, and violinist currently studying at a university in Germany. Languages and music are my two biggest passions, and I believe that learning a language should be a natural and enjoyable process.
I have years of experience in language teaching and speak fluent English and German in addition to Estonian. My teaching approach is highly personalized – I adapt each lesson to suit your individual needs, ensuring that learning is both effective and engaging. About Me

Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Nine years ago I moved to Germany to continue my music studies there. At the moment I am doing a bachelor of music in violin and also working as a freelance violinist.
Besides music, learning languages is another passion of mine. Kind, patient and skillful teachers in both areas have greatly helped me in my life and I would love to also be that for others.

I have played the violin for over 20 years and am currently doing a master ́s of music in violin. Music is my passion, I have been teaching violin for 5 years, in music schools as well as privately from the ages of 7 to 60.
My aim in teaching is to enable the student to experience the beauty, richness and also the fun side of music, by helping to develop the technical skills needed to express oneself on the violin. I find it very important to take into account the personal goals and wishes of the student and to create an atmosphere of encouragement, creativity and mutual understanding.
No matter if you are interested in learning to play your favourite tunes just for fun or want to build up strong, solid technique and play demanding repertoire, I would be happy to work with you.The world of music is incredibly rich and I would love to help you on the exciting journey of discovering it. I believe it important to have variety in the process of learning and to help the student to develop good practising habits.
For those interested, I can also gladly include some music theory/music history knowledge in the lessons, to understand the pieces on a more profound level.

MY LESSONS:
Learning Estonian can be quite hard on your own or in a group. As a native speaker, I can help you become fluent in Estonian by mostly practicing conversation and pronunciation. I also help with other aspects of language learning, like writing, reading, and listening. Sometimes I help with Harno exam preparations as well. I tend to work with a maximum of two students at once, so couples, friends, and family members are welcome to have the lesson together. We will be using English as a base language in our lesson.

I have completed a master's degree in teaching Estonian language and literature, German as an additional major. After that, I continued my studies at the Master's degree in translation, where I completed a 2-year program, at the moment I still have a thesis to do.
